Tallink Grupp names new Tallinn-Helsinki route shuttle vessel MySTAR.

Tallink Grupp has announced that the name of the new Tallinn-Helsinki route shuttle vessel, which will be built at Rauma shipyard in Finland and is due to be completed by the end of 2021, will be MySTAR. The name MySTAR was submitted to the naming competition by Marietta Kähärä from Finland, who will now receive a gift box of Tallink 30 goods and will be invited to join the ship on its maiden voyage as a prize. Congratulations!

Propose a name for Tallink Grupp’s new shuttle vessel and win a ticket for the maiden voyage!

 

Tallink Grupp signed a contract with Rauma Marine Constructions in Finland in spring 2019 for the construction of a new shuttle vessel for the Tallinn-Helsinki route. The construction of the new ship will begin in early 2020, but before we can cut the metal we need a name for the newest addition to our fleet. And here’s where everyone can play their part and leave their mark in the history book of shipping by providing the name for our new family member.
All you need to do is think of an amazing name for our new ship, fill in the form below and click submit. Easy!

  • The winning entry and the new name for the ship will be selected by Tallink Grupp’s management team in September 2019.
  • The winner will receive an invitation to join the ship’s maiden voyage in January 2022 and a fantastic gift box filled with Tallink 30th anniversary goodies.

Korraldaja
1.    Konkursi korraldajaks on AS Tallink Grupp, asukohaga Sadama 5, Tallinn 10111, Eesti.

Periood
2.    Käesolev konkurss kestab 02.08.2019 – 31.08.2019 (kaasaarvatud).

Osalemine
3.    Konkursil osalemiseks tuleb täita veebilehel www.tallink.com/competition olev ankeet, kus tuleb täita uuele laevale pakutava nime ning konkursil osaleja andmete väljad.
4.    Konkursile võib osaleja pakkuda rohkem kui ühe nime, kuid iga pakutava nime jaoks tuleb täita eraldi ankeet.

Nõuded osalejatele
5.    Konkursil osaleja peab olema vähemalt 18-aastane.

Auhind ja võitja väljaselgitamine
6.    Auhinna saab Tallink Grupilt vaid konkursi võitja.
7.    Kui sama nime on pakkunud mitu konkursil osalejat, siis võidab see osaleja, kes esitas konkursi võitnud nime esimesena.
8.    Auhinnaks paneb Tallink Grupp võitjale välja:
•    Tallink 30 juubeliesemetest koosneva kinkepaki;
•    Tekipileti kahele Tallink Grupi uue shuttle laeva esimesele reisile kas suunal Tallinn-Helsingi-Tallinn või Helsingi-Tallinn-Helsingi (vastavalt võitja soovile) 2022. aasta jaanuaris. Reisi täpne kuupäev selgub ning sellest teavitatakse võitjat aegsasti 2021. aasta jooksul. Auhind ei sisalda reisi Tallinna või Helsingi sadamasse, majutust ega muid reisiga seonduvaid kulusid.  

Auhinna kättesaamine
9.    Võitjat teavitatakse võidust konkursi ankeedis toodud e-maili või telefoni teel.
10.    Auhinna kättesaamiseks tuleb teavituskirjale vastata ja saata enda eelistus kinkepaki kohaletoimetamise osas kas määratud aadressile või pakiautomaati.
11.    Juhul, kui Konkursi korraldajal ei õnnestunud võitjaga ühendust saada enne 30.09.2019, on korraldajal õigus auhinda mitte väljastada.
12.    Konkursi käigus osalejate poolt võidetud auhindasid ei asendata võitja nõudmisel teist liiki auhinnaga ega hüvitata võitjale auhinna maksumust rahas.

Lisainfo ja muud tingimused
13.    Konkursi läbiviimise kord on kehtestatud korraldaja poolt käesolevates reeglites. Korraldaja jätab endale õiguse Konkursi reegleid muuta ilma etteteatamiseta.
14.    Konkursil võivad osaleda ka AS Tallink Grupi ja tema tütarettevõtete töötajad. Lisaküsimuste korral pöörduda e-mailil communications@tallink.com.

Pretensioonide esitamine
15.    Kõik pretensioonid seoses Konkursi läbiviimisega tuleb saata kirjalikult Konkursi korraldaja asukohta aadressil AS Tallink Grupp, Sadama 5, Tallinn 10111, Eesti või e-kirja teel aadressile communications@tallink.com. Laekunud pretensioonidele vastatakse 5 tööpäeva jooksul.
16.    Kampaaniast tulenevad vaidlused lahendatakse vastavalt Eesti Vabariigi seadustele. Vääramatu jõu (force majeure) ilmnemisel on korraldajal õigus Konkurss ühepoolselt katkestada, teatades sellest Kampaania veebilehe vahendusel.

Isikuandmete töötlemine
17.    Kampaania läbiviimise eesmärgil kogutakse osalejate isikuandmeid: eesnimi, perekonnanimi, e-maili aadress, kontakttelefon, asukohariik. Kampaania võitjalt küsitakse lisaks postiaadressi, et auhinna kätte toimetamisel kontakteeruda ning laevapiletite vormistamiseks võitja sünnikuupäeva ja sugu.
18.    Osalejate isikuandmeid säilitatakse kuni 30.09.2019 ning võitja isikuandmeid säilitatakse kuni 31.01.2022.
19.    Isikuandmete töötlemisest ja andmesubjekti õigustest saab täpsemalt lugeda www.tallink.ee/et/isikuandmete-kaitse.

Competition „Name for Tallink Grupp’s new shuttle vessel“ (Competition)

Organiser
1.    The organiser of the competition is AS Tallink Grupp, located at Sadama 5, Tallinn 10111, Estonia.

Duration
2.    The Competition will take place between 2 August 2019 – 31 August 2019 (included).

Participation
3.    In order to participate in the competition, the participants must fill in the form located on the website www.tallink.com/competition and fill in the fields for the proposed name for the new vessel as well as the fields for the participant’s personal details.
4.    Participants may submit more than one name for the competition, but a separate form must be filled in for each entered name.  

Requirements for participants
5.    Participants in the competition must be 18 years of age or older.

Prize and selection of the winner
6.    There will be only one prize awarded by Tallink Grupp, for the winner of the competition.
7.    If the same winning name has been proposed by several participants in the competition, then the winner will be the participant who proposed the name first.
8.    The prize for the winner of the competition will receive from Tallink Grupp:  
•    A gift box containing Tallink 30th anniversary goods;  
•    A deck ticket for two people for the maiden voyage of Tallink Grupp’s new shuttle vessel, either Tallinn-Helsinki-Tallinn or Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki (depending on the winner’s choice) in January 2022.  The exact date of the maiden voyage will be confirmed in 2021 and the winner will be notified of the date of the trip in good time before the trip in 2021. The prize does not include transportation to and from the ports in Tallinn or Helsinki, accommodation or any other costs the winner may incur in relation to participating in the maiden voyage.

Delivery of the prize
9.    The winner will be contacted by email or phone provided in the form.  
10.    In order to receive the prize, the participant must respond to the notification from the company and provide the company with the preferred delivery method and address for the delivery of the gift box.  
11.    In case the organiser of the Competition cannot get in contact with the winner before 30 September 2019, the organiser reserves the right not to issue the prize.  
12.    The prize cannot be replaced with an alternative prize or with a cash payment at the request of the winner.  

Additional information and other terms
13.    The process for carrying out the competition has been set by the organiser in these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Competition without prior warning.
14.    AS Tallink Grupp employees and the employees of AS Tallink Grupp subsidiaries are permitted to participate in the Competition. Questions regarding the Competition should be addressed to communications@tallink.com.

Complaints
15.    All complaints regarding the Competition or the execution of the Competition should be sent in writing to the Competition organiser to AS Tallink Grupp, Sadama 5, Tallinn 10111,  Estonia or via e-mail to: communications@tallink.com. All complaints will receive a response within 5 working days.  
16.    All disputes arising from the Competition will be resolved pursuant to Estonian law. In case of force majeure, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the Competition, announcing cancellation of the Competition via the Competition web page.

Processing of personal data
17.    The following personal data will be collected for the purposes of the Competition: first name, last name, e-mail address, contact telephone, country of residence.  The winner of the Competition will additionally be required to provide a postal address for the delivery of the gift box and the date of birth and sex for making the booking for the tickets for the maiden voyage.
18.    The personal data of the participants will be retained by the Organiser until 30 September 2019 and the personal data of the winner will be retained until 31 January 2022.
